This is actually normal. Vice President get 6 months of secret service protection unless there are active threats against them. He is being an asshole for certain and I am not defending him. I'm just saying pick your battles.

I think that was just for Mike Pence like a good person would. He was getting many death threats. A bit of googling I see a Virginia man was arrested Aug. 7 for threatening Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. So you have a valid point. A good person would just extend it in this environment. Big surprise.

Pick your battles people. Biden did not extend it permanently he had the right to extend it for the previous vice president. Trump also had that option and like the motherfucker that he is he decided not to.
