Corruption. That’s it. That’s all of it. All the rest stems from that. From lawmakers engaging in insider trading, to corporations paying for their campaigns, to the revolving door given to their staff and advisers. Both parties bathe in it.

I’m not going to agree with both sides having the same level of corruption. No way. That’s like saying there’s no difference between RFK and RFK, Jr.

The GOP is wedded to corporations, full stop. But the Dems went that way since Clinton. It’s unarguable. The only difference is that Dems don’t go beyond the guardrails, don’t destroy govt institutions to necessitate their corruption. They just engage in the standard, corporate corruption.
