So how long 'til ICE just goes full on Tonton Macoute? I know a lot of them have the hatred necessary. If they were guaranteed bounties for confirmed kills, I think they would do it. & they would tell you to stand back & not interfere while they were at it. Are we ready 4 this to be our new reality?
