The problem is & always has been the fact that they’re political appointees. Judges & LEO’s should never ever be placed in positions by politicians. It never works. It’s corrupt, lacks integrity & will never deliver fairness or justice.

Remove Senate fr initial appointment process and let federal district judges & magistrates tee up who they think should be promoted within the system, including onto the Supreme Court. Also, there's a couple fed districts with only 1 judge (red states) & this can't be allowed to continue. Fix this
