Huh! A “coding error” conveniently deletes part of the constitution that dear leader isn’t fond of? I’m not a conspiracy guy, but this would be quite on brand. Seems awfully convenient!

I know coding errors. That just doesn’t pass the smell test.

It's bullshit. Also, it's not a conspiracy. Thinking that way when it's clear as day is what they want us to do. What they say is "truth" and facts are "conspiracy".

That would be an oddly specific coding error

The only coding error here was putting a fascist coded party back into power.

In the very least they did no QA testing before pushing this into Production - the public website 🙄. Either this is a very bad IT department or it was on purpose. Or both.

I think they just got caught. Not too many coding errors would leave very specific content elements out. Likely a test to see if it could be done. They were caught.

To be fair, if a coding error deleted any random part of the Constitution, there’s at least a 75% chance it would delete something that Trump isn’t fond of.

With was Russel Vought has been saying recently, won't be surprised if the take care clause in article 2 and the clause giving Congress the power of the purse in article 1 is also stripped.
