An old friend gave me their abandoned Vision Pro and so I’ve been playing with that and it’s fun. And I got three vaccines this morning which will magically protect me from COVID, Shingles and a variety of pneumonias. And I’m going out to dinner at some friends in a couple of hours!

Well done! The shingles shot can lay you out for a few days, but I took it as a reasonable excuse to just lie down whenever I damn well pleased and it helped me be more useful later.

My sister rescued this little fella when he was 3 days old. She’s been bottle feeding him every few hours since she got him, and in the last two days he’s started enthusiastically eating wet food. Today he turned 1 month old. We call him Alpine Joe.
