The idea of being mad about a tech website covering politics, as if politics are somehow untethered from tech, is so adorable. Do these people need it gently broken to them that Santa isn't real?

More likely, they need to either be informed/reminded of - or called out on - their immense privilege that allows them to be aloof when it comes to politics.

Bruh, you're reading quite a lot into what I wrote. I never made any claims that they would be reached or have their minds changed. I was just stating that their privilege is what allows them to not only not care about, but actively avoid politics.
