Hate to be the buzzkill here but it appears no one read the whole article. These groups are generally anti-AI, so they wouldn't be signing on here without valid concerns. This suit could even do away with valuable internet archival efforts like the Wayback Machine.
You misunderstand the legal nature of copyright. (PS - the 'Wayback Machine' is not an archive, but a search engine. The Internet Archive is the archive, and like all libraries and archives observes copyright law.
We as a society are going to find out what happens when you kick the can on modernizing copyright law until some opportunistic billionaires attempt to end-run the outdated system we have
