Okay so some parts of my brain were tickled a bit by that proposed title. Question: Is there hard evidence that plaque removal has real medical (dentrical?) benefits apart from flashy white teeth which look nice? And I do wish to clarify that I do not doubt the merits of using a toothbrush.
