In today’s ruling the appellate court found it necessary to point out that affording due process to Abrego Garcia isn’t dependent on whether he’s a gang member. So I guess the court couldn’t communicate, either?

Perhaps I misunderstood. The original post was not quoting a judge or a ruling; the poster was quoting himself. I can't check, though, because the asshole blocked me. Judges don't post on bluesky; legal communication is very different from shit-posting.
