Don't agree with their govt., I honestly do not view it as a reflection of the Jewish people.

Their government is elected by the Jewish people ffs.
When a society is threatened it tends to harden. Can't blame them all that much, as they have been facing threats for decades. trump stoked the same fear in the US, only here it's not justified.
The picked one of the most contested bits of land in the world when they invaded in 1948. They knew they were in for a kicking. But they went ahead anyway, knowing that they had the might of American Jewry behind them, and so it has proved.
Personally I think they have a right to exist, but go off.
Of course they do, but they didn't have an exclusive right to impose themselves on British territory in 1948 without asking, and still don't.
79% of Israelis see no problem in starving Gazans. www.newarab.com/news/poll-ne...
Another exaggerated and mismatched statistic from Pallywood. "79% of Israelis opposed the establishment of a Palestinian state following the October 7 attacks" Obviously it's still a problem that "more than half .. were 'not at all troubled' by reports of starvation and suffering in Gaza"
The 79% figure comes from a study reported in Haaretz. You're in denial. www.haaretz.com/israel-news/...
