Rupnow is a lot less cut-and-dry than Westman appears to be so far*. There's a larger network that Rupnow appears to have been a product of while Westman very much appears to be exclusively connected to TCC.

*-I want to heavily emphasize that "so far" because while there's no evidence for any involvement in something like 764 or the wider Com network as that would leave much more obvious influences, someone could dig up something tomorrow that could change that. But probably not.
