I’m not sure a lot of Americans understand how this is going to affect them and their pocketbooks. From life and health sustaining medications and treatments down to the most “trivial” items.

I mean I also think about little stuff too like electric toothbrush, replacement heads. A lot of abled folks don't realize that that was a disability item to start. There's lots of little things like that. Straws.
