While I like long walks, on many days I also like to segment my steps into shorter walks. I walk everywhere I can, and prioritize exercise and activity rather high. I often get my first 6-8k steps walking to uni and back home taking the longer route. I also walk to the gym, which serves as my warmup

Oh yeah routines like this are important for me, back when I started I wanted this to be a sustainable lifestyle change first and foremost ^^ I also walk to the grocery store and back, the steps add up when you just keep moving throughout the day

I checked how far is my tattoo salon from my place is, you inspired me to include that walk into my everydays. It will be death in the summer, but maybe doable!:3

Hard to get myself to walk because in my area things better reached witn trams and they stop right at my house 🫠 everything will depend how I handle the 30-40c weather that will slap in soon.

Yeah I could also take a bus to the gym, but I choose to walk or sometimes cycle there. For me, this has been a lot about changing my mindset, yeah walking takes time but then again, this is about my health. But yeah I also don't like super hot weather and on those days I prefer evening walks
