It's not complicated. Surrounding single family properties to the new multifamily properties pay no property tax. Done. Compensate single family homeowners who have abided by single family zoning - doing their part - when the city abdicates theirs.

those same fucking nimbys will complain about homeless people in the parks, and roving crime waves as people steal just to survive without connecting two and two that they are in fact the cause. fucking rich assholes everywhere man.

Make sure the deed has an addendum that no parking rights accompany the units. When neighborhoods have to go to parking permits, these units can walk to the bus, as density proponents swear they will.
