cursed do-nothing offense
cursed do-nothing offense
in the time it took me to check the score of the other game and look away for but a minute, they tied it up an on error and another home run from one of their sack of garbage .700 OPS hitters. When I say error mongers and luck merchants, I mean it because it is 100% true.
Senga doesn't even get through 5 innings 🙄 blatant cheating continues
cursed. do-nothing. offense. This is minor league work against a minor league pitcher.
This team is, of course, fucked every which way. Among their many problems is that they keep losing the Boyd and Imanaga starts. They can’t afford to lose ANY games at this stage, but losing the starts from your top two SP compounds every issue they otherwise can’t afford.
the Cubs are: - Hopeless - Losing 3-0 - Staring down a 5 game deficit in the division and the broadcast is talking about a kid dressed as an umpire, and fucking god damn piece of shit Yadier Molina. Which circle of hell is this?
when you’re giving up home runs to what’s left of Jordan Walker it’s time to move on. From this pitcher? From this game? From the team? From the sport? I’ll leave that up to you.
the Cubs have spent their evening allowing RBIs to guys who would have trouble cracking a Triple-A lineup. I’m just curious (completely rhetorically, I assure you) what anyone sees in this team that suggests better days are ahead.
Brooks just released his pet raven before being released from prison and I’m wondering if that might do some of the Cubs some good. The pet raven part? The prison part? Both? I dunno.
“Hope is a dangerous thing, Andy. Hope can drive a man insane.” apt
oh I see the the dickheads of the northerly heading got the win on another lucky break. Again - luck, errors, and getting every possible conceivable factor going in their favor. Must be nice but it’s clear evidence that they’re devoid of any actual talent.
Catchers interference and HBP
The one place Kelly couldn’t hit the ball to he did. Complete inability to string anything together off this bum.
