My nephew hid behind a shrub shorter than him and I still had to pretend to be looking for him lmao. When it was my turn to hide, I tried to make it easy and just ducked down behind a garbage can. They walked past me several times.

At one point my older nephew was like “aunt Amber disappeared!” and then my niece goes “I think aunt Amber went over the fence.” I’m 5’1 and rotund, no way I’d scale a 6 foot fence. But I like that she believes in me lol.

Kinda wish I could go back to that age sometimes just to understand the thought process behind being exposed but believing you're hidden.
