Little bit more context. People on TikTok and other social media have started to use "clanker" to make fun of terrible "AI" and robots. Mostly the things designed to take away (creative) human's jobs. What's fucked up is that as a supposed slur, this is benign AF.
The world of techbros is filled with sexist and racist assholes who are using words that are much, much worse. These same (usually far right) techbros always wanted to take over public broadcast stuff, and unfortunately it seems that is going to be the case. So yeah, I am worried.
