Q is how SCOTUS rules on any relevant issue. If they tell Trump/Musk, "You've gone too far," and T/M ignore that, I think that would draw "some attention." If SCOTUS were to acquiese, we're in for a long winter, and the USofA is dead. If it's Trump vs. SCOTUS, .... well, I don't have a prediction.
