As an election worker - my experience was of encouraging heavy turnout during early vote. On election day, when the disengaged normies vote, it fell apart. Turnout dropped off a cliff, when it should have been the heaviest single day. It was ominous, and gut wrenching. We did not show up.

One specific detail - on election day, at 7:00am when the polls open, there should be a line of people waiting. In 2020 it was down a long hall and out the door onto the street, BEFORE the polls open. In 2024, at 7am on election day, we had about five people in line waiting. And it never improved.

I worked early voting on a major university college campus in Texas and, bc of cramped layout, I was able to see who ppl were voting for. Young men were voting Trump waaaaaaay more than in 2020. While I think T is a conman & has help from Russia/musk, I have to agree that America chose this.
