As a Dem, yeah... he dropped the ball horribly. And Biden did too by just closing the door and assuming it all would've worked out. Dems didn't really do themselves favors by not making a big stink over this either.

The SCOTUS prevented his prosecution. Truth be told, There’s enough blame to go around. If the fucking republicans namely McConnell would have impeached him to start with we wouldn’t be discussing Garland!
