I love Kirkland. I lived there and worked in Redmond after I finished my CS degree in California. Whenever I take my sailboat through the locks (which isn't often) I try to dock at the public section of the marina there. So many good restaurants nearby.

I should have kept my Townhouse there. I hear property values are very high. 🏡

The only time you want property values to be high is when you sell. Otherwise you pay big time property taxes.
