Yesterday's was Getty's image. I think they were both taken yesterday. Here is the full image from yesterday. Note he is holding a hanger with a black jacket on it, like he's wearing in Ron's pic. They walked him forward, put on a jacket and new hat, took a pic and released it today.

He's stooped over here also.

I see the shape of what looks like a hanger handle. The rest is maybe conjecture.
