Damn, this is so pretty! I know it's a WIP but I love the loose nature of it. Is the pattern on the blanket meant to give peacock feather or is that just what I'm seeing? XD

Yes! It’s meant to be like a peacock feather It’s a common motif for the character in the drawing :D
