I think it's totally appropriate to be afraid of death in a massive, existential way. Like, it's burned into us as living things. I know I'm just a stranger, but I don't mind lending an ear if you need more people to reach out to.

I know its a normal thing to have, but I keep waking up screaming at night because my brain thinks I’m dead/dying and I think that might not be normal everyday thing everyone has
Trust me, it’s normal.
I have a family history of heart failure and genetic heart defects that I think about in the middle of the night at least once in a while and a cholesterol problem. Again, trust me. It’s normal.
