Is there not a First Amendment right to throw sandwiches, even fully loaded ones at those we think are performing badly? Is there any real difference from the classic rotten fruit being thrown at the person in the stocks? If there is no injury except embarrassment, sandwiches should always be used
If wishes were horses... The guy who was arrested was a DOJ employee at the time. I can't imagine how angry he must have been, watching DGE eviscerate his department, and now this. Hope he gets a good attorney!
