This is the narrative so that they can point to All Out not getting tons of buys because of the Cena/Brock match and say: "THERE, I WAS RIGHT" only to disregard everything when Dynasty and Full Gear start doing regular numbers.

Oh no. The venue doesn't even hold 1000 people. Whatever will TK do with all the money he's saving and making from these residencies? As usual, AEW is doing just fine. At this point, I ignore detractors. Half of them don't watch AEW anyway.
Goldie Locks situation. They want an arena that is not to big and not too small, they want it juuuuust right for their viewing pleasure. Confusing asf, last year they were begging for small arenas and selling them out, now, they hate their own ideas?!
When someone in real life is always judging, questioning you...nitpicking, always on your case and you feel...you know they don't like you. #aew
He answered his own question. Streaming, TV, & PPV sales are driving the company’s profitability. Therefore, it makes sense to make the TV as compelling as possible while controlling production costs. They’re doing that with these smaller residencies. It makes perfect sense.
I see what your saying. His opinion/perspective is coming from stats. Less people in an arena means business is "bad." TK is going to smaller arenas for logistical and atmosphere reasons. As wrestling fans, makes complete sense. 1/2
PPVs -- AEW has relied on a very traditional model of PPVs since its inception. They are making money off this model. One would think the longer they are on this model and the more money they make, the more valuable the streaming rights to their PPVs become. 2/2
An opinion from someone on that site should be ignored here but that's just my opinion.
Different businesses use different business models. Different businesses also succeed.
