Have you looked into removing/cleaning/replacing your IACV? A stuck valve can mess with airflow either by letting too much in or not letting enough in. Stuck open can mimic symptoms of a vacuum leak.

It's usually near or on the throttle body itself. I don't have access to tech specs on that car (RIP Charmli?) but it's possible you touched it if you removed/replaced/fiddled-with the TB already. I just know I had a car years ago that idled funny until I dealt with the IACV and then it was perfect
