Most people who run blocklists at some point go on a power trip and just start throwing accounts in there because they don't pass a vibe check. Spare your sanity by remaining ignorant of them.

I may or may not be blocked by any number of people. I don't know for sure, but I honestly don't care, because it doesn't affect me.
