Actually freezing bread increases the density of resistant fibre so eating defrosted bread is shown to improve fibre in the diet and therefore gut health. Same goes for Pasta, Rice and Potatoes so freezing is a great option.

Do you mean freezing dried pasta and rice, or cooked pasta and rice?

Ah apologies , cooked rice, pasta and potatoes- no evidence if one method of cooking is better than another but the usual healthy ones are suggested to work.

Sorry but ready meals are a no no. Basic rule of nothing In the ingredients that does not appear in a regular kitchen; so that’s a no for emulsifiers and preservatives. The science is not 100% but we push to eat food as close to natural as possible, including reheating simple foods.
