There's little capacity to massively ramp up the reg. FLETC training + OJT/probationary pipeline. My guess is that Trump-Miller will pass out CPB/ICE badges to all who apply & pay them renewable monthly bounties. Against such a paramilitary rabble, local LEO's will be under pressure to arrest them.
