I’m essentially a combat photographer. I take a picture of a nice bloom, and MeanCat immediately comes over to check my papers, sees I don’t have his express written permission to photograph his lands, and beats me up. He’s automatic for this people.
Judging by that tail, he is one happy terrorist.
Is MeanCat bribable? Perhaps pay him in Churu treats in lieu of correct papers?
He already gets whatever he wants whenever he wants it. He’s beyond bribes.
