And even then the judicial branch has to interpret correctly without their false assumptions and examples of false exemptions is the sixth Co conspirators to treason on the supreme Court in their unconstitutional decisions and we can go from roe all the way down

But the idea that the courts have some sort of papal infallibility is the result not of Constitutional structure, but a power grab in Marbury. Over the centuries the ability of the other branches to respond has atrophied, until we have shadow docket edicts and indulgences paid with RVs and vacations

Marbury is perhaps the only precedent even this court would never overrule, given that it undergirds all of the decisions made since - if the court’s load-bearing authority were challenged, and its powers limited to more constitutionally appropriate level, then the entire edifice falls.

So why did the current Supreme Court majority continue to fail the Constitution that they swore to uphold? Why does Roberts (who will go down in history as the most corrupt justice) refuse to honor HIS oath?
