Does this apply to all asylum seekers please answer the question
If an asylum seeker is granted asylum, then they could not be a criminal or gang member; otherwise, they would not be granted asylum. If grated asylum, they would live under a set of rules and conditions. If they lied during their hearing, asylum would be revoked.
So you disavow asylum seekers being deported?
If immigrants lie to authorities to receive asylum or if they fail to follow applicable rules, they are legally deported. In other words, the immigrant failed to meet conditions for asylum. Without rules, we might as well live with the animals.
So these people are going through the court system to determine if their asylum claim is being taken seriously? You would disavow it if asylum seekers are being deported before they go to court?
Sure, go ahead and waste our time & money by processing immigrants, which are not even citizens, in our overwhelmed court system. That's brilliant! Under the Alien Enemies Act, a non citizen has no right to court hearing if deemed an enemy of the state. That should not be difficult to understand.
Shouldn’t the asylum process be fixed then instead of this weird band aid where instead we just kick them all out since asylum is a pretty big part of our immigration right now?
I agree. Our immigration process, like many of our government processes, needs to be overhauled.
Then why not advocate for that instead of the alien enemies act which doesn’t fix the issue
The "Act" is a rapid fix to correct the massive problems associated with mass migration of non-vetted aliens. The first job Biden gave Harris was to solve the border crisis problem. Four years went by, and nothing. For the record, I did not vote for Trump. I voted for the lesser of evils.
Why would we go with this rapid fix rather than push legislation forward to fix the asylum problem?
