Caught up with Go Go Loser Ranger season 2. I enjoy season 1 a lot more after a rewatch. And season 2 started off very strong, but the pacing got weird apparently because they skip stuff in the manga source, which is disappointing because this series could’ve been amazing. I still want season 3 tho.
Each day, I get increasingly mad that we’ve devolved to a point where anime and TV shows get forced to do shorter and shorter seasons and rushed to get to the “main plot” as fast as possible. There is value in having episodes where characters just do more low-stake stuff with each other.
You watched it too! My heart. 🥰 The pacing was off with them stuffing two arcs into one season, but I still found it enjoyable. I'm really hoping we do get a season three, so they can right the ship and have another amazing season.
Yeah, they should’ve taken their time and just have the latter half the season be just a build-up. I was already half-expecting that because we got meat right off the bat of season 2. But I still enjoyed it a lot. I just wish the production did them justice.
