As far as I'm concerned Charlie Kirk can go outside if he's outside of the state of California. Otherwise we shouldn't be subjected to seeing his face (8th Amendment). And per the 10th Amendment every other state as well should have the right to decide if Kirk is allowed outside, #StatesRights.
