Putin Russia Oil Kuibyshevsk refinery is part of Rosneft's Samara group of refineries. Currently, the Syzran oil refinery is also not operational, having stopped on August 15 due to drone damage. On August 2 the Novokuibyshevsk refinery was also attacked by drones. www.reuters.com/business/ene...
