Yeah, I mean obviously it’s still an outrage and still fascism, but it seems like it’s also showboating they won’t be able to follow through on. As usual, they are hoping bluster and threats will get everyone to submit willingly, because they know they can’t make us submit.

A second time, to be perfectly clear: using the legal system to harass a judge and eventually jail her like this is still an outrage if it doesn’t proceed to trying, convicting, and imprisoning her. It’s still harassment, it’s still intimidation, and she’s still locked up for now anyways.
