Check out the fluid under his eyes and irritation. Even his eye lids are swollen. My friend had that with CHF it will go down in a few days but come right back.

My friend/co-worker would get black and blue swelling around his eyes you can clearly see it here trying their best to cover it up. Sad that nobody can say time to rest. It’s painful.

The folks around him clearly never say “no” to him.
