He can kill someone on 5th Ave. and if he claims "presidential work product" due to national security concerns, he's good as gold. Remember the SCOTUS arguments? The 5 th Ave murder would be exempt from prosecution. Without a reversal by SCOTUS, we might just as well boil it. #OccupySCOTUS
