Blood libel is the term given to the myth in the Middle Ages that Jews would murder non-Jews and use their blood in food and in rituals. Blood libel = hysterical, irrational antisemitism basically. Accusing Israel of genocide of the Palestinian people is not irrational given everything we’ve seen.
