Loved him in antlers
Loved him in antlers
With so few FN actors on TV and in movies this is a real loss, even more so so early.
Legend.
A very talented and charismatic character actor who could do both drama and comedy, but my kids will always remember him best as Mr. Crabby Tree on YTV's Dudley The Dragon.
Oh fk off..no! 🥹💔
I think he’s 90% of the reason why die hard with a vengeance works, he brings the perfect tone of what it would be like to be a cop around McLane
Exactly! What worked so well about the first Die Hard was the reactions of all the police and civilians to McLane's shenanigans. That idea got lost somewhat with each sequel. But Graham understood and helped to save what would have been a tepid sequel...
RIP
Never saw a bad performance from him. RIP.
He was a literal living legend. Rest well in forever lands…
yet Trump still breaths…..
A huge loss 💔
😭 One of the best.
🙁
Aww, he passed away? Shame. :(
Brilliant actor. RIP
Oh no! I really admired and enjoyed this actor.
Oh this hurts. A beautiful man whose beautiful soul was ever evident.

Omg

Canadian legend as well. He will be missed.
I loved his characters. May he RIP.

He always stole whatever scene he was in. He will be missed ❤️
💔 Maximus Fixico 😢
Wait, WHAT?! When did he pass away 🥺?
I'm so sad. I loved his beautiful work! I have no doubt his spirit arrived without shame. 🙏
Thank you…so beautiful!
This is incredibly beautiful. Thank you for posting it.
Discovered it in high school and memorized it. It's a funeral prayer but I've always spoken it when I'm feeling grateful, particularly while enjoying nature. (I said it lot when I was walking the trails of the Grand Tetons!) It's also good when life has taught me a much-needed lesson. Glad you like.
I'm not religious, but I discovered long ago that the spirituality of native people was the real deal.
Yes!!!
Always had so much respect for Graham. He was an amazing human. 💔
Let's not forget his nasty role on Longmire.
I even loved him in Twilight: New Moon!
RIP 😞 💔
Can you not see that I am your friend?
What a great guy and talented man. Any film or series he was in was going to be good cuz no matter what he was at his best. Sad news. 💔
Loved him.
Aw, no.

Oh no! Too young to leave. RIP, Graham Greene. I had a crush on you. ❤️🩹 🕯️
A man who will be missed dearly. RIP
Many excellent rolls. Even Twilight saga.
Oh so sad. One of the greats!
Beautifully stated. I agree.
Oh no. May he rest in power
I love that man.
A gifted actor, who brought humanity and authenticity to every character. He was absolutely fantastic in Dances With Wolves. RIP 💔
Beautifully put, thank you…
Loved him….💔
Me too…. 🥺😢 (Brilliant man…)
He had a quiet intelligence That allowed you to think out your own conclusions. Rare commodity.
Aw, shit.
Oh man, he passed away? I admired his skill and talent in everything he did. RIP
Oh no. Loved his work!
he grew up on the rez around the same time my aunt did! i wonder if they knew each other 🤔

OMG I can't believe he died.
He was one of my favorite character actors. 😭
Rest easy. Wonderful actor
Oh, this is a huge loss. He lit the screen up. His silences spoke volumes. Rest in Power
Absolutely amazing in Dances with Wolves. RIP to a legend.
I loved watching Graham Greene in any movie or show he was in. He was a pure actor and had a great voice. I’m sorry to hear about his passing but he will always be remembered as an excellent actor.
His VO role in Red Dead Redemption 2 as Rains Fall was very heart-wrenching.
Just saw him in “Wyvern”. Greene has always been one of my favorite actors. R.I.P Buddy.
i loved him!!! RIP GG
I just looked him up last night after seeing him on an episode of 'Murder, She Wrote' on the Hallmark Mystery channel (I know, I know)
Man was the GOAT in everything he was in
Stole the show every time he was on Red Green... and to think they created the character for him because he was a fan...
How I didn't know this was him until now is turning my childhood upside down, time to hire the suck truck for my soul
I did not know that’s how he ended up on there and it is a delightful piece of trivia.
You beat me to it!
I like this one where he makes a joke about Dances With Wolves. youtu.be/2Lyfj_D_qfM?...
I am so glad somebody else remembers this
Quando omni flunkus moritat
I'm a man... But I can change... If I have to... I guess...
I forgot the pledge 😔.
One of the perks of growing up so close to the US-Canadian border was getting access to Red Green on basic cable.
This is what I was looking for. ❤️
For a fellow to play someone like Edgar Montrose and then show up in era defining pieces like The Green Mile and Dances with Wolves? We've lost a real treasure of an actor.
Oh, he was truly once in a lifetime talent. I loved him.
I've been a huge fan of his forever. RIP. 🕊💔🏆
Yes, wonderful actor.
Oh wow. He was a legend. RIP 🙏🏾🕊️💙
A life well lived.
He’s running with the wolves now…💔
Damn. I just watched him on tv last night. (Old old rerun) 😟
😢 Nooo. The world has lost an awesome human.
So sorry to hear this.
💔
He was so funny in The Last of Us.
Oh that sucks so much! This dude was legit! May he sing with his ancestors.
Ein großartiger Schauspieler, der uns in die Welt der Polizei mitgerissen hat. Wer hat noch seine Rolle in Speed liebt?
he was a Canadian icon, his performances always brought me such joy
Nooooo... Loved everything he did What a great loss
i first saw him in Maverick, when i was a kid. may have actually been my first encounter with a native character who was presented as more savvy than the demeaning white guys around him
🙏🏻💔🌹
😢
Damn. Every character he played was great.
This is such a huge loss, I adored his dry humour so much
Gorgeous talented man. RIP
The vegetarian chef in 'Christmas in the Clouds'. RIP
he was so great so versatile on the screen and seemed a good person RIP
That’s a loss. Always great in movies, but I think I might remember him best for Reservation Dogs? Not just for his acting, but in the way - like all the older cast - he made ample space for the youngsters. A lovely example of handing it down. A classy guy.
Damn RIP GRAHAM
A true loss for humanity. Such an authentic man.
RIP🙏🙏
Rest in Peace Graham Greene. You were an inspiration to so many. 🕊
RIP 🥲 ❤️
RIP. Played the parts like a true star✨
☹️ Rest in peace Mr. Greene. ❤️
I’m sad to hear this. I loved him in every role I saw him play. Rest easy, sir.

Oh I am sad. A legend of the silver screen.
He stole every movie and TV show he was in. I loved seeing him.
Loved him in everything he did. Rest in peace Mr. Greene.
Damn. Sorry to hear it. He stole every scene he was in in Thunderheart. RIP.
😥
😔I hadn't heard.
gg, GG. He was a great actor who clearly had a positive impact on young indigenous people in Canada and beyond.
Really hate to hear this. Really respected him and his work.

What a great show and Graham Greene was wonderful in everything he did…especially loved him on Red Green!
Graham Greene as Edgar Montrose is criminally underrated. But Graham Greene was a terrific actor in EVERY role. youtu.be/F6FwSb7zd6M I’m looking for the pipe bomb organ clip.
RIP Graham, Fly to the heavens.
He was very sexy and a good actor
This breaks. May you be surrounded by your ancestors. May peace dwell within you. 💔
So sad. He was brilliant. Made everything he was in better.
So sorry to see such a talented person go. RIP Mr Greene....
What a loss.
💖✌🏼
Phenomenal human being
A treasure.
Aw damn, he was an iconic Hey, It’s That Guy
Hey, It's That Native Guy. Just about any time somebody needed a Native-coded role, he was there.
Sad day.
He was amazing. My top five forever-so sad he's gone.
RIP
A legend. So talented. ❤️
An incredible presence on screen 🎥💔
May his memory be a blessing
Oh no 😥
He was great in the series Longmire. He was the best bad guy. I watch it everyday on the Western channel. There is talk of bringing it back after 8 years. I'll miss Graham. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlsR...
His character, Malachi Strand, was so convincingly evil. What a loss.
He was such a good bad guy in it!
😰
Oh wow, thanks you for posting this. I couldn’t resist a smile when Graham Greene came on the screen. I knew, no matter what the role, he would deliver a wonderful performance. May his family find comfort in memories of him.
He was a charismatic and talented actor. May his spirit soar.

Uh-uh. No. This is not happening today. I'm going to be like a right-winger & refuse & live in a reality where he isn't gone.
Loved him on the Red Green Show
He was a great. So sorry to hear he is gone.
He was so riveting—i could not stop watching him.
I loved him in Thunderheart.
One of the truly great scene stealers of our time. Damnit! 😞
He was wonderful. I was in awe of his portrayal of Maximus on Rez Dogs. Rest in peace.
Only two episodes and he was absolutely amazing in it
😢😢😢
Dammit. I thought I got through this weekend w/ minimal bad news until now. RIP, storyteller. I will miss his hilarious posts, & will continue to enjoy his excellent acting.
Awwww, love him. What a great actor.
Well shit I just expressed my appreciation for him the other day, that he felt like family now after all these years
Aw.
I am saddened by his passing. Many good memories though
A terrific Actor and a good human being. He will be missed.
Really loved this character. Always wanted to meet him, and had him on my list of people I would love to have a conversation with. RIP
One of my favorites 🕊️
So sad. Graham Greene will be remembered as a brilliant actor and a great Canadian.🇨🇦🍁💔
Aw, shoot. My own favorite role of Greene's was the slightly sleazy evangelist Slick Nakai in the PBS "American Mystery" adaptations of Tony Hillerman's "Leaphorn & Chee" novels, but he added a spark to just about anything he was in. He will be missed.
😔 Oh no- I didn’t know. 🙁 RIP Graham Greene 🪶🙏🏼🕉️
Well shit. He was good in everything he did. Loved him in Dancing With Wolves, and a few episodes of Northern Exposure, along with everything else. RIP.

He was so compelling. What a loss.
