People yell at him to speak up - he does - and jokers like you, yell at him about it. It's also literally NOT his job to get cabinet members fired. Google is right there at your fingertips so you can see whose job things are. Maybe use it.

No, it isn't. The Constitution gives the Senate the duty to confirm (or deny) such an appointee. Once sworn in, only the President has the power to remove him unless he resigns. The Senate can do nothing about it.
