A lot of things are war crimes that aren't genocide, specifics matter.

In this case I think it's needless hair splitting. Sen. Sanders is (finally) calling for all military aid to end, that's what matters.

Of course it is. Genocide is a war crime. But the solutions being called for matter more than the labelling when the labelling choice is between "genocide" and "war crime." Pick your battles, friend. Palestinians don't care if we call it one or the other, they care that we stop sending bombs.
