Yes and no. The withdrawal of C19 vaccines from most of the UK population is a very bad move, a huge public health error. It kills people. Yes we still have a more or less NHS. A big problem is very low statutory sick pay, so sick people are forced to go to work, madness.

I think we have to add multiple failures in public health, failing to provide clean indoor air in hospitals, schools etc. A lack of monitoring, poor public health messaging and pressure to send sick kids into school. Poor support for LC sufferers too. There are many issues not just in the US!
