They actually bet on a version that is pure blasphemy because the idea of it is that man can control and force God into an early rapture via its own strength. It is an ideology that man controls God.

Oh I totally agree. I’ve called it a manufactured rapture for about a decade now. The arrogance and audacity to even think one could force gods hand. It’s really highlights their lack of understanding of their own text.
