I’ll admit I cringed in pain as you tore off the cover. But I was soon rewarded.

Love your vídeos, Shannon! Thanks!! Do you offer online workshops to teach how to do these kinds of book covers?
No, haha I’m no expert. I learned everything from watching YouTube tutorials 😊
This copy is in my shop. wildboundbooks.etsy.com
Instead of a new book, you should have chosen an old battered one. Reusing and recycling is better than just pimping 😀. Your binding work is great !
Sooooo epic. How long have you been making books?
Thanks! Only a couple of months.
Wow! In that case, I'd say you're a natural ^.^
Haha thank you 😊
Even though I know it's going to be fab, I flinch every time you rip the cover off. Every. Time. 😬
Haha I hate doing it! It feels wrong every time. You can see it in my face lol.
My face is a mirror image of yours trust me! LOL! 😆
I didn't know this was a thing. Very interesting.
Ripping that cover off had my soul exiting
That first rip is always difficult to watch. It’s almost as bad as having a tooth pulled out; I cringe every time! 🦷 Thank goodness, the end result is gorgeous 🙌🏼
I always cringe! Thank you though. I’m happy with the end result 😀
I gasped in horror, followed very quickly by a gasp of delight! Just gorgeous.
Haha thank you. It is a bit of a jump scare!
that's beautiful!!!!
Absolutely gorgeous book cover for one of my all time favourite books that I have read and re-read many times. Beautiful work! 💕📚
Thanks!!
