America my beautiful. I think we have again been deceived about the US Constitution. The 9th Amendment mandates that rights given by the Constitution shall "not" be construed to deny or disparage others rights. This means: Constitutional power shall "not" be used, to take away constitutional rights.

Google: Title 18 USC 242 After reading this perhaps you will understand how state and federal attorney generals have been failing our nation, by not using necessary implementation of this law.
