Reinstall/reinstate key knowledge professionals, reinstate systems and THEN reimagine. Reimagining is going to take decades. We MIGHT have 4 years.
You are correct that we will need to reinstall the institutional knowledge base no matter what, and systems that they run. And, I feel like it will be important to take the destruction and create something better. There is no reason defining something better shouldn't start NOW.
