Thank you for your words and the hug. 🩷 He WILL be gone. We will come back, eventually. My mother once said she did not want to live to see the end of this county. She didn’t. I want to live to see it resume the process of forming a more perfect union. What we have now sure as hell isn’t it.

I’m not giving up. But the dread and sorrow is hard to bear, especially while people around me (I live in Tennessee, for pity’s sake) think things are going great and that we are on the path to glory. I think they’re going to be disappointed. And then - we’ll fix things. Big hugs back. 🥰
